Gushin Optics Return Policy

At Gushin Optics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return an item within 30 days from the date it was shipped.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging materials.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email retail@gushinoptics.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping details.

    • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Ship Your Item: Return the product within 5 business days to ensure prompt processing.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval status.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Exchanges: Replacement items will ship per our Shipping Policy.
